I will never be able to thank my parents, Surjit and Parveen, enough for all that they have done for me.   As an only child, my parents not only gave me an abundance of love but they also taught me to have morals, goals and values in life. Growing up, I may not have appreciated my parents’ “tough love” at the time, but looking back I wouldn’t change a thing as I am what I am today because of them. They provided me with continuous guidance, support and encouragement throughout my life and educational adventures. They have always tried to give me the best, even if it meant second best for themselves. My parents have not only shown me the world and how beautiful it can be, but they have shown me the light at the end of the tunnel when it was hard to see…and I am so thankful for that. They are always my #1 fans and I try everyday to make them proud. Although it is truly is difficult to find the words to thank them, I am so grateful and blessed to call them my Parents.
